Refund, Return & Replacement Policy – Aakuraa

At Aakuraa, we are committed to offering authentic handcrafted gemstones, sacred objects, and spiritual jewelry. Each product is carefully curated and unique, reflecting our devotion to purity and authenticity.

Because of the sensitive and spiritual nature of our products, we kindly request you to carefully review our refund, return, and exchange policy below before making a request.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if:
    • The product was damaged during transit.
    • You received an incorrect product.

📌 Mandatory Proof Requirement: To initiate a return or exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish. Without such proof, we cannot process the request.

2. Timeframe
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, with certification, tags, and packaging intact.
  • Tampering with the product or its certification will void eligibility.
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Categories (Unless Damaged in Transit)
  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Bead bracelets
  • Crystal trees
  • Rakhi
  • Gift cards
  • Products delivered exactly as ordered
4. Refund Process
  • Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7–12 business days (bank/public holidays may affect timelines).
  • Refunds cannot be issued to a different account than the one used for payment.
  • For COD orders: bank details (cancelled cheque, passbook, etc.) may be required.
  • Orders above ₹2,00,000 may also require PAN details, as per Indian law.
5. Exclusions
  • Change of mind / no longer wanting the product.
  • Minor packaging flaws that don’t affect the product.
  • Slight variations in color, size, or texture (due to natural gemstone properties, screen resolution, or photography).

6. Authenticity Guarantee

At Aakuraa, we stand by the authenticity of every gemstone. If a product is certified as synthetic or artificial by a recognized government gemological institute (ISO-certified or internationally reputed), you are entitled to a 100% refund, exchange, or replacement.

7. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

8. International Orders (Outside India)
  • Refunds for international orders will be processed within 40–45 days to the original payment method.
  • Customs duties, VAT, and taxes levied by the destination country are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
  • If an order is refused/cancelled after dispatch, the customer will be responsible for customs charges and return logistics. Refunds will be processed only after the product is returned to us (after applicable deductions).
9. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to availability.
