• Orders are dispatched within 5 business days.
• Customized/made-to-order items may take longer; we’ll keep you informed.
• India delivery: 7–15 days from dispatch.
• International delivery: 20–30 days (customs may affect timelines).

• If delivery is unsuccessful, refunds are initiated within 30–40 days to the original payment method.

• Charges are based on weight & destination.
• Free shipping may apply on selected orders; offers will be clearly mentioned on our website.

• Please provide complete & accurate delivery details.
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, hotels, or public places.
• For address changes, contact our support team quickly.

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS.

• For high-value orders, ID & signature may be required.
• Missed deliveries: couriers attempt up to 3 times before returning the package.
